New Message Form Herbert

Today I was waddling around Club Penguin and my eye caught a new message on my EPF spy phone! I opened it up, and it was from Herber P Bear. Here is the message below:

Well, if you can't read this he says:

"Curse you fowl fools! How did you EVER figure protobot's 'Brilliant' plan? You must think you are you're 'smarter' than he is."

do you still think he is coming?

This makes my opinion a bit to the side that he s Not coming.

Well, I'm sure he is!
